When do I pay for the car rental?

You pay for the car rental upon collection of the rental car at your selected location when you arrive in Spain .

What's included in the price

The rates are fully inclusive of insurance, taxes, unlimited mileage. There are no hidden extras. There is an excess of Euros 120.

Do I receive a car voucher?

Email confirmation will be sent to you confirming the car rental reservation, this email will serve as your voucher.

Which car supplier do you use?

We have negotiated deals with many local specialists. For each location we will select and deliver the best rates and availability for the type of car and dates. This may mean that vehicles are not available for a specific supplier for each location, but you can rest assured that you will be offered our most competitive rate available from a trusted supplier every time you book with us.

What documentation do I need to collect the car?

Email confirmation will be sent to you confirming the car rental reservation, this email will serve as your voucher.

Do I need to reconfirm my reservation?

No! There is no need to reconfirm your booking once it is made. We will send you your email confirmation, which you need too keep in a safe place and take with you when you collect your vehicle

If I cancel do I pay anything?

No. Unlike many companies we do not charge if you subsequently cancel the reservation.

Where do I collect the vehicle?

You will collect the rental car from your selected location and full details will be sent to you by email, when we confirm the reservation.

Minimum driver age?

The minimum age of each driver must be 21 and each driver must have held a valid driving licence for at least one year.

Can I have more than one driver?

You can have numerous drivers but all drivers must be named on the reverse of the contract

Can I drop the vehicle at a different location to pick up?

With prior agreement the vehicle may be dropped off at a choice of over 30 locations throughout Spain .

What happens if I breakdown or have an accident?

If you breakdown or have an accident you need to immediately contact the rental location listed on your voucher for either a replacement vehicle or authorisation for repairs. In the event of an accident, write down as many details as you can remember, exchange contact details with anyone else involved (don't forget to give the other driver the car hire companies details) and get any witnesses contact details if you can. Draw a picture of the accident scene showing the position of vehicles and any relevant features of the area/roadside, i.e. lampposts etc

What happens if I return the car late?

In case of extending the rental period or any other change to the conditions originally agreed, you should contact the location that the vehicle was collected and ask for authorization and pay immediately for any extension or change to the original contract.

Will I definitely get the car that I booked?

This will depend on availability at the time of your arrival. We cannot guarantee the exact make and model, however, the car hire company will provide a similar make and model, or will upgrade you at no extra cost if a similar sized car is not available for you when you arrive. If the vehicle supplied is unsatisfactory, you need to request a replacement from the car hire supplier at the time of collection.

Who pays for the petrol?

You will be charged for a full tank of petrol at the time of collection and then charged for the amount of petrol you have actually used. If you return the car full, then you will receive a full refund for the petrol.

Do I need an International licence to drive in Spain ?

All valid UK driving licences should be accepted in Spain . This includes the older all-green style UK licences, although the European Commission appreciates that these may be more difficult to understand and that drivers may wish to voluntarily update them before travelling abroad, if time permits. Application form D750 is available from most post offices. Alternatively, older licences may be accompanied by an International Driving Permit (IDP).

How much for additional drivers?

The 1st additional driver is free, 2nd additional driver is Euros 9

How much for a roof rack?

A roof rack with straps can be provided at a cost of Euros 2.10 per day.

How much are baby / booster seats?

Baby and booster seats can be provided at a cost of Euros 2.10 per day .
